Twitter Inc.’s campaign to suspend accounts supporting Islamic State has hampered the jihadist group’s ability to spread its message but may have made it harder for law enforcement to detect and disrupt terror threats, according to a study analyzing hundreds of thousands of tweets by the terror group’s supporters.
